See that girl up there? That’s Mia Holley. She has eyes that sometimes change color, wavy fickle hair, olive complexion, bite marks on her lips due to an awful habit, and short frame. In other words, she kind of sticks out, but just as well blends in. This is her story:

Once upon a time, Mia Holley was born, in none other than the quaint little town of Vineland New Jersey. Now don’t be calling her names now, she didn’t necessarily grow up in the area. She lived with her grandparents and mother till she was 3. Then, she and her mother moved to the capitol, Washington DC. Mia only lived there for less than a year when it was time to leave so suddenly. It was then that she was introduced to the town of Philadelphia PA, her real home, and the place she grew up. That is, until she moved yet again. In the summer of 2009, Mia Holley and her family moved to New Jersey once more, where she currently resides, and when this blog began.

Family life you ask? Well, she lives with her mother, a google analytics expert working for the company Star, who’s clients primarily consists of casinos. She enjoys fine dining, and shows on HGTV. Her father, whom she sees quite often, lives in South Philly. A current mixed media and street artist, her father enjoys film and tattoos. Dad2 is married to Mia’s mother, an expert bowler working on a variety of different levels (picture framing, laminating, sign making and design) enjoys quality 90’s hip-hop and The Philadelphia Flyers. Together, they have a son named Eben Brown, at only 6 years old, he has mastered the art of gaming and can easily defeat even the hardest of levels on all Mario games. Oh, and she has a dog named after the bassist of Motorhead. That pretty much ties it up for the family. 

Now, Mia is a 17-year-old senior in high school. She grew up quite a bit over the years, she found her passion and knows her opinions. She knows what she likes and dislikes. Here are a few examples

10. People thinkin’ MC is shorthand for “miss conception”

Mia Holley is not one to be completely honest. In other words, she’ll lie about how she really feels. She’ll work up some emotion that she’s feeling for a specific reason, when it’s something entirely different. Oh, and she likes to think she has certain health ailments when she doesn’t. What’s the word for that again? No matter. She convinced herself that she is an insomniac, is iron deficient, and allergic to frosting. None of which are true.

So, with all of that, who IS Mia Holley? Well surely, if you haven’t figured it out by now, you’ll need some time to think it over. Mia Holley – spaz, drama queen, liar, nerd…no. However many times people will say those things, they will never be accurate. Because who is Mia Holley you ask? Well obviously, I am. This is, Mia Holley.
